Why You Should Skip the Dangerous HPV Vaccine – And Do This Instead If Needed

13207599_sEver heard of the HPV vaccine? Do a simple google search and you will find story after story of young women who have had their lives ruined by this vaccine.

The human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the US. According to the statistics, almost all sexually active men and women will get it at some point in their lives. While there are many different kinds of HPV, well over a hundred, only some of them give a cause for serious concern – by causing cancer of the cervix, anus, vulva or vagina.

If you test positive for HPV, there is no reason to worry or assume that this means you will definitely get cancer. It is estimated that around half of HPV infected patients are able to get the virus out of their body within 9 months, and up to 90% of patients are completely cured within 2 years.

You only need to worry about HPV if your immune system is weak or compromised, as it will then be unable to clear the infection, and when this happens, certain strains of HPV could stick around and result in cancer.

One thing you can do to protect yourself and your partner are to get regular screenings so that you can detect the virus early. Although there is currently no HPV test for men, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a test that is for women over the age of thirty years.

The HPV vaccine is available to both men and women. The Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC) officially recommends that all boys and girls ages 11-12 should get this vaccine. The thought behind vaccinating these very young children with the HPV vaccine is that it only works before you get infected. So it makes sense to get children vaccinated before they become sexually active. However, given the alarming rates of HPV vaccine damage, the need for an alternative is clear.

Luckily, there are definitely natural ways you can clear your body from this virus and stop it from persisting and possibly turning into cancer.

1. Do not smoke. If you smoke, give it up. Smoking lowers your immunity and increases the risk of HPV related cancer.

2. Don’t take oral contraceptives. There are studies that show that birth control pills increase your risk of HPV turning into cancer. Keep in mind that IUD’s are also unsafe for use if you’re trying to clear HPV from your body.

3. Load up on B vitamins. In particular, B12 and folic acid can help you to fight off HPV. Dr. Jennifer Landa, an OBGYN and Chief Medical Officer of BodyLogicMD, recommends 1000mcg of folic acid a day in the form of methyltetrahydrofolate (MTHF) and 1000mcg of B12 a day in the form of methylcobalamin.

4. Vitamin E – Dr. Landa also recommends 400iu a day of vitamin E in the form of mixed tocopherols, which would get you the beta and gamma forms of the vitamin your body needs to boost your immune system and boot out the virus.

While there is no official “cure” for HPV, your immune system can beat this virus. So if you test positive for HPV, don’t worry, just take the steps recommended to boost your immune system and clean up your lifestyle, and you will likely never have a cause for worry.

The most important preventative is BEHAVIOR. Stop rampant sexual promiscuity.

If both you and your spouse (not partner) keep sex within marriage, abstain until marriage, you aren’t at risk. Why don’t they ever TELL people this? It is ridiculous to give a dangerous and deadly vaccine when good behavior works totally, and has no side effects whatsoever (except happiness and trust).

Yes. HPV is a promiscuity driven disease unknown decades ago when monogamy was the norm rather than the exception. The author of this article is a coward.

I totally agree he is a coward. He has oodles of company. When is the last time people said the best defense is abstinence?
